<![CDATA[Cody Denton - Blog]]>Sun, 08 Mar 2020 07:21:16 -0700Weebly<![CDATA[More site updates]]>Sun, 28 Jul 2013 04:30:53 GMThttp://www.codydenton.com/blog/more-site-updatesQuite a few more updates since the last blog post... the most noticeable being that the menu bar at the top has changed.  The section for commissions has moved under the Writing tab.  I've added some new tabs as well, introducing some new pages.  The site has been completely optimized for mobile browsers as well!  The server will auto-detect if you are using a mobile device and give you the mobile version.

The Reference tab brings up a whole different website, http://reference.codydenton.com, that is designed to help artists who are drawing commissions of Cody. (It's been in development a while and still needs work, but it saves time over having to email back and forth with references.)  It also contains more information about my characters that may be of interest to anyone who wants to learn more.

The last change is the addition of a Search tab which offers you a site map to every page on the site, plus a search engine that can find any word on the site -- whether on a web page or inside a document such as one of my written works.

I'm going to attempt to put in a little bit of time to keep these updated as I can, when I have spare time from work and school.  For now, I hope you enjoy the site!

]]><![CDATA[Life news, site update]]>Fri, 26 Jul 2013 12:24:36 GMThttp://www.codydenton.com/blog/life-news-site-update1Wow, it's been ages since I updated this web site.  Really.  Isn't it crazy how fast life comes at you sometimes?  But I'm happy to say that I finally found (or just forced myself to make) the time to do this.  It's been needed for a very long time.

If you follow me on Twitter or FurAffinity, you know that I have had an extended illness and rehabilitation over the last seven months.  The good news is that I am recovering well and even headed back to work soon.  I really appreciate all of the people who have taken the time out to send comments of love and support.

In better news, I've been accepted to grad school, and am now pursuing my MBA in Healthcare Management.  It's going to be a long haul but so very well worth it.  Between the demands of school and job, my family's needs, and the need to sleep every once in a while, I may not always be able to be super active online.  I still welcome any and all contacts though, and I promise I'll try to answer folks as soon as I can.  If you use Twitter, by all means please follow me there.  I love Twitter because even when I'm busy, I can post updates, random thoughts, and assorted ramblings, all in bite-sized chunks of 140 characters or less.
